Crawlspace Services - NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME 9/1/20
The unfortunate building methods in the Southeast of putting air ducts, and sometimes air handlers in the crawlspace, has created the "perfect storm" for poor Indoor Air Quality. There are several factors that can contribute to poor conditions, and only an inspection/evaluation can tell what factors your building may or may not exhibit. Studies prove that having a dirt crawlspace, not sealed, is inviting poor Indoor Air Quality, and microbial problems, not to mention the adverse effect on joists, subfloor, and insulation. Our encapsulation method can include a closed cell foam radiant barrier insulation on the foundation walls which is hypoallergenic, and non-degradable.
